Eurostar daughters achieve their top performance not with fuel-hungry jet engines, but with finely tuned diesel motors. With a breeding value of 112, their sire ranks at the very top for feed efficiency. A score of 117 for persistency indicates outstanding production sustainability, while 107 for maturity shows that his daughters will excel even more as they age.
Eurostar daughters are moderate in stature (stature index 92) with sufficient width in the front end. Despite their high production, they maintain body condition and show little susceptibility to ketosis. Udder health is also excellent.
These daughters stand on a strong frame, supported by a well-used, parallel leg structure with average side view curvature. With a score of 111 for claw health, this chassis is built for the long haul. A robot index of 107 and slightly wider rear teat placement (96) make Eurostar well-suited for robotic milking systems. With BB kappa-casein and A2A2 beta-casein, he also transmits the most desirable protein variants.
Delta Eurostar breeds efficient long-distance performers

Just as the Eurostar train transports passengers at high speed, Delta Eurostar rapidly delivers cows that perform at the highest level.
This new InSire sire transmits high milk production (+1,152 kg) with strong components (+0.41% fat and +0.20% protein), resulting in +156 kg fat
and protein and €549 Inet. He also adds +591 days of longevity. This means his daughters will remain productive for an average of ten months longer, yielding over 10,000 kg of additional milk throughout their lifetime. Eurostar also achieves an impressive +19% CRV Efficiency score.
Efficient engines, not fuel-guzzling jets
From living legend Paulina
Eurostar’s unique breeding profile is firmly anchored in his cow family, from which many popular Delta sires have already emerged, including Potter P, Perfect, and Activator. His great-great-granddam is the excellent and legendary Delta Paulina, who, at the Van Berkum farm, produced 105,025 kg of milk with 3.95% fat and 3.69% protein in just 2,162 days. At CRV’s test farm in Elahuizen, Eurostar’s granddam continues the family tradition. Now in her third lactation, she has already reached 37,000 kg of lifetime milk production.
