CRV strengthens Fleckvieh portfolio with balanced genetics for functional and long-lasting dairy cows

CRV is proud to present its latest Fleckvieh line-up, highlighting a well-balanced portfolio designed to support modern dairy farming worldwide. The focus remains on the traits that ensure cows are productive, long-lasting and functional: high and persistent milk production, strong feet and legs, well-attached udders, reliable udder health, and solid daughter fertility. All these traits contribute to cows that perform consistently over multiple lactations and perform efficiently in a variety of dairy farming systems.

The portfolio also addresses the growing importance of polled genetics. Today, 30% of Fleckvieh bulls are polled, and more than 60% of upcoming bulls carry the polled gene. This reflects the transition of polled genetics from a niche option to a widely adopted, performance-driven solution.

CRV continues to offer a broad range of Fleckvieh bulls suitable for automated milking systems (AMS), combining functional type, milking efficiency, and longevity.
